Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

Full range of residential and commercial carpet cleaning. Day, night, weekends… we’re here to serve you. We provide certified professional carpet cleaning services to the greater Helena, MT area. We use the time tested hot water extraction method, the only method approved for warranty compliant residential carpets. We’re often referred by other carpet cleaners in the area for our ability to get out the unthinkable.

Hot Water Extraction Method

Commonly called “steam” or “shampoo”, hot water extraction is the industry leading method for deep cleaning carpets. This is the cleaning method nearly all carpet manufacturers and fiber producers recommend. This is the only cleaning method classified as a “deep cleaning”. All others are considered a “light surface cleaning” because they are incapable of removing soil deep into the pile. Also other methods leave large amounts of cleaning agents in the carpet after cleaning. This often results in reactions to pets and children and can result in rapid re-soiling, making them look bad in a few months and expediting the carpet’s wear. The maintenance brochure published by the nations largest carpet manufacturer, Shaw Floors, recommends this method, because its own research shows it provides the best cleaning capabilities.

Our technicians are fully background checked prior to their employment against local and national criminal and sexual offender databases, to ensure your trust in us is not misplaced. Although you’d think this is a given, most service companies don’t have this in place and many often knowingly send felons and sex offenders to work in your home. We believe this is unacceptable.

Our technicians are fully trained, both in a classroom and out on the job, to provide excellent service and expertise. As classes become available, all technicians attend coursework and are tested to become certified by industry associations and manufacturer organizations. Technicians are certified by the Institute of Inspection and Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). Representing more than 54,000 registrants across the globe, the IICRC is an international non-profit certifying body. In addition, the IICRC is an ANSI-accredited Standards Developing Organization (SDO) that works with interested industry associations and organizations to develop consensus-based standards for the cleaning and restoration industry.
